Roles and responsibilities:
• Planning and management: Work closely with various lines of business heads and support activities
• Work towards achieving the marketing goals and targets, adhering to marketing leads, website leads, leads from social media promotions and paid advertisements
• Manage conferences, including spotting the right ones for all the business heads, discussing with them, shortlisting and planning the activities
• Coordination with leaders, business heads, conference organizers, booth bookings, keeping an eye for speaker opportunities, sponsorship opportunities, and other marketing avenues by skillful negotiations
• Manage and coordinate internal events like webinars and panel discussions. Liaise with presenters and hosts. Work on the monthly events calendar
• Coordinate with internal teams for content, graphic designs, presentations, banner designs, and help in the promotional activities
• Work on a monthly customer update and newsletter, gathering content from various stakeholders, get recent updates from the sales team and delivery teams, collate all the information, package it in a design, and share
• Keep an eye for award submissions, coordinate with delivery teams to gather project details, coordinate with the organizers and plan the timely submissions
• Competition analysis: Work closely with the team members to prepare the competition analysis report for business heads. This activity includes research on new offerings, hiring patterns, social media updates, forums, thought leadership, conference participation, and buzzwords
• Work on a monthly marketing report, gathering necessary data points, statistics like events attended, leads generated through various sources, and present the report to the marketing head.
• Maintain adaptability and implement changes quickly and efficiently.
• Analyze current marketing initiatives to measure effectiveness and potential for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• 8+ years experience as part of a corporate marketing team.
• Ability to work as part of a team and to direct others.
• Clear vision of marketing trends.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of design aesthetics for marketing
• Good knowledge of SEO, and tools like WordPress, Google analytics
• Ability to strategize based on current and historical data.
• Ability to multi-task and oversee various marketing activities
