Roles & Responsibilities

Own and drive customer acquisition via performance marketing channels for multiple direct-to-consumer brands across the globe working with in-house teams responsible for driving revenue and ROAS growth.
Lead a team of marketing managers to strategize, implement, and actively manage campaigns across Search, Social, Display, Affiliates, and other digital channels.
Work on yearly, quarterly, and monthly media plans with the brand managers and internal teams. Ensuring targets are achieved for the same.
Create SOP’s, best practices, and assist in developing process documents
Team Management, Lead team to achieve targeted performance KPIs and provide assistance including optimizations and campaign troubleshooting

Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on customer acquisition.
A strong leader having managed high-performance teams and collaborated with cross-functional teams and agencies
Fluent in Google AdWords, Facebook ads, Google Analytics. (certifications preferred).
Demonstrated ability to develop new advertising and campaign strategies that increase performance over time.
Strong analytical background with a bias for developing data-driven solutions
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a technical field
