About Our Client
My client is a well-known property developer and builder. With over 100 projects in Melbourne they are an established, highly regarded organisation seeking a talented Senior Marketing Manager to manage the lead and continue they sustained success.

Job Description
Develop and execute marketing plans & strategies to meet organisational/project objectives
Manage brand architecture for all business product categories, including residential, communities, precincts, office (leasing) and retail (leasing)
Developing and executing the marketing digital ecosystem
Overseeing and utilising full potential of CMS platform
Marketing automation through the full suite of marketing cloud studios integrated with a highly customised sales cloud CRM (salesforce). Other digital technologies to be developed include redevelopment of the after sales app, customer loyalty platform, in display digital displays / sales tools
The Successful Applicant
5+ years’ experience in marketing management with proven success in delivering marketing strategies in property development
A commercial, analytical and a data driven thinker who is driven by outcomes and success
Excellent people manager that can get the best out of the team, and identify where they need development and why
Experience in implementation of effective marketing strategies, reporting, insights and recommendations
Proven success in database growth and customer acquisition
