Job Description : Roles & Responsibilities:

Primary responsibility will be preparing the vendor reconciliations and working with vendor and internal teams to close the differences.
Having regular calls with vendors to close the open items.
Needs to handle vendor queries about invoices, payments, returns and Freight charges.
Needs to work with Sourcing and BizFin teams where the vendor is not agreeing on any open items.

Qualification:

Commerce Graduate
Excellent working knowledge of Excel
Should have prior experience in accounting of a medium to large scale organization in Logistics /FMCG / online media / e-commerce/Manufacturing.
Understanding of the entire P2P Process.
Oracle Financials prior exposure would be preferable.
Good communication skill to address query and concerns of internal teams & vendors.
Positive attitude and problem-solving approach.
