What will you do?
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Senior Payroll Administrator. In this role, you will collectively process the weekly and fortnightly pay for our growing Australian team of over 800 team members, as well as providing support to our Managers. You will play a vital role in supporting our Villages to ensure a seamless payroll process from end to end. Being an expert in all things Australian payroll you will provide advice and support with queries and adjustments as they arise. You will also be responsible for supplying standard and ad hoc payroll reporting to management as needed.
We are very excited to find the perfect match for this role as it will be the first regionally located payroll team member reporting into the Payroll Manager in Christchurch, NZ. Although remote to the Payroll team, this role will join a small but growing regional People team based in Victoria.
