Come join the Core Services + Experiences team as a Senior Product Designer! The CORE design team builds, maintains, and evolves experiences that are integral to all products and services from Intuit. The Senior Product Designer will work on Intuit branded sign in and sign up experiences, new capabilities that accelerate the growth and impact of our global platform, and design documentation of key components and flows as part of the Intuit Design System. Being a Senior Product Designer on this team means you have the people skills to collaborate and communicate effectively with other designers, design researchers, and multidisciplinary partners (product managers, analysts, developers) within the team and across business units. You sweat the details, and believe in using your passion for human centered experiences and design to inspire and empower others.
What you’ll bring
5+ years of experience in interaction design, product design, visual design, or related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or equivalent experience.
Mastery of design tools such as Figma (you’ll use this most) and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong online portfolio available for viewing.
A proven track record of designing and delivering high quality end-to-end customer experiences that optimize between customer needs, business goals, and technological realities across web and native platforms.
Organized, self-directed, and able to handle multiple projects in a timely manner.
Seasoned in Agile development processes is a plus, but you can also learn this on the job.
How you will lead
Create wireframes, components, flows, and high-fidelity mock-ups according to best practices, compliance standards, and — most importantly — user tested data.
Drive ideas from ideation to launch.
Collaborate effectively with designers, researchers, product managers, developers, and other team members.
Effectively communicate and present to stakeholders and internal leaders that rallies them around an inspiring vision.
