Responsibilities / Job Description
Responsible for designing the entire migration solution. Works with Content Analyst to map legacy content to AEM.
Creates technical specifications for migration developers.
Create technical specifications to migrate legacy content from its existing system to AEM components and templates.
Audit and tag existing content in CMS and in Excel spreadsheets.
Review existing content and organize it according to migration and tagging needs.
Manually move and/or monitor migration of content into new CMS.
Modify existing content within the CMS to meet new standards and work within new templates.
Execute QA tasks, including proofing web content and reporting bugs or issues to the Project Manager for IT.
Build web content, including the application of page layout and visual presentation, incorporate embedded multimedia, and troubleshoot presentation issues as needed.
Collaborate across departments with multiple project managers and various content creators to discuss user experience of web content and asset management.
Create content maps, wireframes, or prototypes (in collaboration with content and design partners) as needed.
Actively responsible for project progress, completing needed assignments in between meetings, contacting other team members as needed for review of completed work, or pursuing missing pieces.
Identify barriers to project completion; problem solve independently and collaboratively and overcome obstacles.

Qualifications
Overall 9+ years of strong experience in Portals, Content & Collab Technology industry that includes minimum 4-5 years of experience in working migrating content from legacy content, file system, other portals & content tools to AEM.
Experience creating technical specifications for the migration of legacy content from its existing system to AEM components and templates.
Detail oriented and experience with copyediting, proofing.
Experience with tagging, taxonomy systems, and asset management systems, specifically Multi Site Management (MSM).
Experience with web design including HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in one of more Content Management Systems. Adobe Experience Management (AEM) is preferred.
Information Architecture or Usability (UX) training preferred.
