Job Description : We are looking for:
A highly motivated, highly organized and self-starting operator to be part of our Regional Programme Management Team. Reporting directly to the Regional Chief Operations Officer, you will oversee all day-to-day activities for a range of assigned clients and projects, building strong and valued relationships with the client teams and ensuring smooth, efficient, profitable, high-quality delivery from the multi-disciplinary Bonsey Design project teams from start to finish.
You will be required to:
Receive and assess incoming client briefs and respond with well-thought-through fee proposals, project processes, timelines and internal briefing documents, using a range of available software and tools.
Manage the ongoing process, logistics and details of the projects, including the prompt writing and distribution of contact reports, tracking of deliverables, management and set up of next steps and coordination of the internal team.
Provide support to the design and strategy teams in the execution of their work by way of coordinating and directing information and client feedback while ensuring the work is on brief and on brand.
Provide relevant financial reports on the status of your projects, doing your utmost to ensure the profitability of each one, and ensure the effective financial management of each project in terms of quotations, issuing and following gup invoices and capturing all pertinent project information on our software management tool.
Contribute actively towards the preparation and development of client proposals and presentations through research, creative thinking and other forms of input.
Use your business and communications skills to help us develop projects and activities for our clients, both for their internal staff and external stakeholders.
Work with our team to support the overall growth of our business in Singapore and across the region by contributing, as necessary, to strategy development, competitor analysis, new business and marketing efforts.

You will ideally need to have:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in either an equivalent role, or one in which you have had to demonstrate similar skills and expertise.
Fluency in both written and spoken BM and English. Additional regional languages are desirable, but not essential.
Strong numeracy skills / confidence with discussion of numbers and targets.
Familiarity/proficiency with Google G Suite of tools.
Familiarity/proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity/proficiency with HubSpot or similar software platform.
