Job Description
We are looking for talented and disciplined developers to help us take our industry leading asset management platform to the next level. The work is varied, fast pace and challenging. You will receive broad exposure to both the technology and the business. Our goal is to improve user experience and meet our business commitments while continually modernizing and improving platform performance and scalability.
Technical Skills: Python, Django, Javascript, ExpressJs, ReactJs
Responsibilities: Produce clean, efficient code based on specificationsIntegrate software components and third-party programslibrariesVerify and deploy programs and systemsTroubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing applicationsRecommend and execute improvementsCreate technical documentation for reference and reportingResourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitudeDo high-level technical design with guidance, functional modelling, break-down of the module by thinking platforms and re-use.Monitoring performance, optimizing the architecture and advising any necessary infrastructure changes to suit your application needs.Creating a platform on top of stored data, rest APIs also sense to migrate the same in a microservice architecture.Sense of ownership and attention to details.

Qualifications
While the role is development focused, design, deployment and maintenance require teamwork across a broad scope, spanning regions and seniority. Beyond technical skills, we require:
3-6 years of experience as a Software Engineer in design, analysis, implementation of web server applications using Python.
Insightful knowledge in scalable web application development using Python/Django, or Nodejs/ ExpressJs, data structures, algorithms, design patterns.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Exposure in application hosting with pm2, Nginx server.
Exposure of docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
Have an experience as a team lead
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
