Set and maintain high quality standards for HPE storage products through the use of systematic processes.
Develops, modifies, and executes software test strategies, plans and suites. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. Need to develop tools and environments to automate test execution. Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems.
Responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining quality engineering protocols and methods for building, assembly and test transforming materials into partially finished or finished products. Ensures compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standards requirements for worldwide distribution. Designs methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of production processes, production equipment and finished products. Performs analysis of reports and production data to identify trends and recommend updates or changes to design, test, manufacturing, quality standards and procedures when necessary. Recommends performance objectives for engineering, test, manufacturing, product and design functions. May assure compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards (i.e. Six Sigma, Lean Sigma and others).
Must have technical leadership skills in designing frameworks, test strategy & project management
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
10+ years’ experience.
Good to have good experience Storage, Networking, Virtualization, OS-Internals
Must have Strong hands-on experience in test automation using Python or Java or Go or Cypress
Must have technical leadership skills in designing frameworks, test strategy & project management
Good to have Hands-on experience with cloud application testing, microservices, AWS or Azure
Good to have UI testing using Selenium or Cypress
Knowledge and Skills:
Extensive hands-on experience with test automation using variety of languages, software quality assurance tools and processes.
Evaluating forms and processes for software testing and methodology, including writing and execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Experience in overall architecture and software design for products and solutions.
Experience with design and integration of software running on multiple platform types.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels.
Evaluating, selecting, and creating forms of empirical and root-cause analysis, modeling, testing methodologies, and quality standards to validate product designs, specifications, and processes.
History of innovation with examples of developing new technologies and practices forquality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
Ability to effectively communicate quality architectures, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at business unit and executive levels.
