Job Description : Overview: Napollo Software Design is currently recruiting Shopify & WordPress Developers to work on-site at our Lahore, Bahria office. The person should be energetic and self-motivated who is passionate about web development and has a good eye for aesthetics and minimalist design sense. The candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce industry trends and top customer management systems with sound knowledge of theme customizations for Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Squarespace & similar solutions.Core Responsibilities: § Taking full responsibility for the project from conception to finished product§ Understanding customer requirements and documenting them§ Translate customer requirements into actionable items§ Prepare demo for customers review in a sandbox environment before initiating development§ Depending on the project, develop web pages through Elementor, WP-bakery, Shopify Theme builder & other 3rd party page builders§ Convert designs from Adobe XD or Figma into HTML & CSS3 and implement them on the website§ Configure and manage domain / hosting through GoDaddy, Bluehost & similar services§ Find solutions based on the system’s intended usage and functionalities, otherwise, use Apps and Plugins to extend the functionality of the websites§ Design customer journey in the given framework and customer requirements§ Finding solutions to complex problems through research and self-learning§ Ensure your new custom development work properly in all environments while overcoming conflicts with popular themes and plugins§ Documentation of procedures and processes and maintaining a central knowledgebase§ Rigorous testing before pushing development on Live environment§ Presentation of the final product to the customerMust-Have Skills: § Sound English Communication Skills§ Expert HTML & CSS3 knowledge§ Designing Mobile Responsiveness Sites§ Expert JavaScript Knowledge§ Expert jQuery Knowledge§ Expert Liquid Markup Language for Shopify§ Expert API Integrations§ Convert PSD to HTML§ Analytic Problem Solving§ Design Aesthetics§ Custom App development for Shopify§ Moderate UX / UI Knowledge§ Self-learningGood-to-have Skills: § Good Command over PHP Language§ Strong organizational and project management skills§ Good command on other CSM platforms such as ZendeskEducation:§ Associates degree in computer sciences or related fieldExperience: § Minimum of two (2) years of experience in core development areas§ A combination of education and experience will be considered.Contract length: 12 monthsExpected Start Date: 24/01/2022Job Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: Rs45,000.00 – Rs75,000.00 per monthWork Remotely:No
