Job Description : Prepaid Services is the division of MasterCard that concentrates on Prepaid Solutions such as our Multi-Currency Cash Passport product. Traditionally focused on the Travel sector this business unit is driving forward Prepaid throughout the world with innovative and leading solutions that we integrate with Global brands.

As part of the Test and Quality Assurance function the Test Analyst will be responsible for assuring overall quality of releases coming from the functional development teams and ensuring that testing covers the whole end to end solution. The role will involve working to strict deadlines within an Agile development environment. Reporting to the QA Test Lead, the Test Analyst will be expected to escalate any issues in a clear and concise way.

Key Responsibilities

Take a participatory role in the project ceremonies, for example; sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demonstrations and retrospectives
Preparing Test plans and test scripts using automation
Testing of multiple websites
Testing of back office Finance systems
Automated regression testing and improve the existing automation.
The resource will be a part of test architecture team which supports multiple scrum teams on the test automation solutions.
Building Strategies with the Management team including those for Test Automation
Management of test logs and test transactions
Liaising with multiple functional departments to perform testing duties
Defect management

Key Skills and Experience

Required

Strong understanding of Agile development lifecycle
Experience testing across a variety of platforms; web and mobile user interface, web services (REST and SOAP) and data.
Expertise in software development to build and use automation frameworks using technologies: Java/.NET, JUnit, Selenium, JBehave, Soap UI/Pro, Spring framework, REST, JSON and XML, Eclipse IDE, etc.
Ability to create good acceptance and regression test automation scripts and integrate with Continuous integration (Jenkins/Bamboo) and code coverage tools (Sonar)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail, critical thinking.
Solid oral and written communication skills
Able to mentor peers and guide less experienced Team members

Exposure to continuous integration and delivery concepts
Financial services experience
Exposure to working with databases (PL/SQL, SQL Server, Oracle)
