Job Description : We are looking for a Node.JS Senior Software Engineer to help support the next generation of products for our US based customer. You will see unique business challenges faced by customers. Working across a program, you will have the chance to leverage your wide-ranging experience and skill-set to find the best solution for the problems at hand.
The primary responsibilities of the position include:
Work directly with engineering team as well as customer in building application using Node.JS
Work with leadership to come up with innovative approaches to solving problems
Improve application performance and reliability through recommending changes in policies, procedures, or architectural principles.
Encourage collaborative design
Think out loud- Consistently communicating ideas to others
Skills and experties
4+ years of relevant experience in Node.js development
Proficient in Javascript Typescript
Experience in Node.js Frameworks
Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS
Working Knowledge of JWT based passport Authentication
Knowledge of GIT
Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
Working knowledge of Postgresql database
Should be able to develop sql scripts
Strong knowledge of REST APIs development using NodeJS
Knowledge of ReactJS will be addon
Worked on ATS integration project will be addon
Knowledge of AWS will be addon
An ability to rapidly and effectively understand and translate product and business requirements into technical solutions
– Analytical thinking – able to simplify complex problems, processes or projects into component parts explore and evaluate them systematically
– Communication – able to get one’s message understood clearly by adopting a range of styles, tools, and techniques appropriate to the audience and the nature of the information
