Job Description
In Support and Operations Area, As a ServiceNow Platform and Integrations product our goal is to strengthen platform, transform the enterprise with platform for digital business. Enable an awesome support experience for our amazing colleagues worldwide through technology and innovation. Joining us, you will have the chance to work with the latest and greatest ServiceNow platform capabilities and other applications like as Security Incident/Vulnerability Response, GRC/IRM, HR Service Delivery and other internal custom applications and the new capabilities to come. Together with your team, you will have a great impact to improve and digitalize large scale processes and to be in the forefront of new technological initiatives.
As a ServiceNow Developer you will build, enhance, deploy and troubleshoot functions in the platform, focusing on creating solutions for our global support teams. You will collaborate with the servicenow product teams (like ITSM, ITOM, Service Portal and Catalogue) within the organization and our partners at ServiceNow to align the product roadmap, best practices, platform dependencies, methods and ways of working, experimenting with new products and features. Furthermore, you will also:
Design, develop and support functions in ServiceNow
Translate strategies and requirements into modern and scalable solutions
Use an experimental mindset to identify new possibilities in the ServiceNow platform
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have experience of hands-on development in the Now platform. You are passionate about finding creative and suitable ways of solving every-day struggles. You will help H&M Group not only to follow market trends but also to take the lead on innovation. You have previous experience from working in large companies with integration platforms and with many stakeholders. You know how to translate requirements and visualize technical roadmaps. We also believe that you:
7-10 years experience – handson coding and architecture understanding
Have deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and data model
Proven experience of Now platform development required
Previous experience in any one of applications like Sec Ops, GRC/IRM, HR Service Delivery,
Previous experience of flow designer, integration hub advantage, custom app development, Workspace, UI Builder, Mobile App development is advantage
Are certified in CSA and Implementation specialist in any one of the mainline (Sec ops/IRM/HR Service Delivery)
Experience in planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades, patching and clone
Excellent experience in integration concepts like API, REST SOAP, Web services, LDAP, import sets, integration hub and spokes
Good understanding on maintaining platform health, avoid technical debt, development guidelines and design principles
Have great experience in stakeholder management
Have a mindset hand in hand with our agile practices; everyone is a leader, fail and learn fast, celebrate both failure and success
