To support our growth and commitment to hiring exceptional performers, we are looking for a Technical Content Development Lead / Senior Technical Writer based in Bengaluru.

As a Senior Technical Writer / Content Development Lead, you will be the primary point of contact for a specific product group. You will build strong relationships with development teams, program managers, and other subject matter experts to define the content solutions that will technically enable our users. You will use your inquisitive mind and a strong hands-on approach to technology to create the articles, help, videos, and other content for each solution. You will guide the delivery using an Agile approach. You will mentor other content developers to create the best content for those deliveries. Additionally, you will mentor other team members on content creation best practices. Finally, you will ensure that the content meets our high standards of usefulness by monitoring metrics and feedback.

Job Responsibilities and Expectations:
Lead technical content development projects for a specific Product Group in an Agile environment.
Work with the Product team to identify content required for specific user journeys and create a plan for a technical enablement solution.
Mentor other content developers / tech writers and guide them in defining technical enablement solutions and creating the content to meet the needs of those solutions.
Create and maintain content for continuous updates and improvements.
Ensure content is valuable and highly useful.
Manage backlogs and sprints using Jira or similar Agile tools.
Edit content to adhere to writing process and best practices.
Identify and contribute to improve Writing Best Practices, Style Guides, Processes, and other Technical Writing guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience
Identify projects that deliver the most value and then meet deadlines and reprioritize as needed to complete timely delivery of content projects.
Professional experience writing and editing content for a technical audience (application developers; programmers, system architects, or similar) in a Product environment.
An analytical mindset, with good research, prioritization, and exploration skills.
Mentor other content developers and guide them to create engaging and useful content for technical enablement
Proactive and curious about problems and willing to take responsibility for their solutions.
Enjoy interacting with SMEs to capture business value, priorities, and product context.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Familiar with application development and related technologies and practices, like cloud-native architecture, mobile best practices, UI frameworks, data integration, AI and machine learning, performance monitoring, application security (to name a few, feel free to ask us more!).
Desired Skills & Experience:
You know the docs-as-code approach and can apply practices from software development to create documentation and training.
You can demonstrate experience with Markdown, GitHub (or similar toolset) l
