Job Description : I am currently hiring a Senior Treasury Manager for an exciting, global fashion brand.
The responsibilities of the role include:
Lead a complete overhaul of our cash forecast process
Deliver improved and more insightful cash reporting where variances can be identified and rationalised promptly
Build an intimate knowledge of the Group’s working capital dynamics, develop working capital reporting, and lead the delivery of working capital improvement projects.
Help develop cash KPIs and deliver cash reporting to Senior Management to develop a cash culture.
Oversight of a team of 2 responsible for the Group banking infrastructure.
Maintain and develop bank relationships to support our increasing business requirements.
Support the Group Treasurer with key finance projects as required.
In order to apply for the role, you must have:
Experience implementing cash forecast processes in complex global businesses with different business and cash cycles.
Proven track record in implementing factoring programmes and supply chain finance solutions.
People management experience.
Treasury qualification, and preferably also an accounting qualification.
Commercial awareness and business acumen.
Enthusiastic and passionate with attention to detail.
A team player with the ability to interact with those outside of the Finance teams to deliver preferred outcomes.
