My client is a tier one Investment Bank operating in the Financial Services industry with offices in London looking for a Senior Web Front-End Developer – eTrading Applications.
Job Description
My London based, Financial Services client is looking for Senior Web Front-End Developer – eTrading Applications, £800 per day Inside IR35, to engage in the following:
Work on key and large epics in our book of work incl. new screens, core & shared functionality and upgrade of the existing
Rewrite important FO application
Integrate to new venues, automation of core processes and user experience improvements
Develop real-time web front ends using both REST and websockets APIs
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for the Senior Web Front-End Developer – eTrading Applications role at my financial services client’s site in London, the candidate must present evidence of the following:
Excellent knowledge and understanding of the software engineering fundamentals
Experience developing real-time web front ends using both REST and websockets APIs
Experience as a senior developer on an eTrading or Front Office trading application
At least 10 years of web front-end development.
At least 4 years of Angular/AnguarJs.(with experience of Angular 1 and Angular >= 7).
At least 3 years of Typescript (you should be able to write a front end without React/Angular or similar).
Understand JavaScript fundamentals.
3 years experience RxJs.
Experience using websocket.
Experience ag-grid.
