Job Description : Working at NTT
Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. Interprets customers’ needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, customer support reps, or engineers. This job may include any aspect of field support, and is not limited to system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking.

What will make you a good fit for the role?

Can demonstrate a deep understanding of Web Development;
Strong Angular, CSS and HTML development skills;
Strong understanding of deployment and build configuration;
Experience using crash reporting tools;
Experience integrating with JSON/RESTful APIs and back-end services;
An understanding of release/versioning processes and experience with realising applications;
Strong understanding of version control and branching strategies;
Experience using GIT repositories;
Experience working in an Agile environment;
Familiar with continuous integration;
Has experience using tools such as or similar to JIRA, and Bitbucket;
Has a strong understanding of app security best practices; and
Has a strong understanding of design principles, patterns and best practices.
Experience in Java, Spring is desirable.
Good knowledge in SQL (MS SQL)
