RoleWork in shift as part of 24×7 Operations Support.Excellent customer service and communication skills both verbal and written.Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and mitigate client issues in a timely fashion.Knowledge of ITSM process and in-depth technical troubleshooting skills.On-call or after-work hours may be required to serve the customer during customer impacting outages.Must be flexible to accommodate after-hour projects and on-call work when needed
Technical Skill Set
Linux, Shell scripting, Java/J2EE, Oracle,YAML.Web services,LDAP,XML,SOAP,JSON.Application server – Jboss
Domain Knowledge:
Service Provisioning and MediationNetworking exposure
Product Knowledge:
