Job Description : Responsibilities
Responsible for end-to-end solution management, including collecting requirements, writing stories for developers, testing for validation, providing signoff(s) for production release, and communicating changes to the end-users within the business.
Demonstrates working knowledge of ServiceNow core architecture and especially modules such as Service Catalog, Incident/Change/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Project Portfolio Management, and Self-Service Portal.
Effectively analyze and solve problems.
Ability to work directly with Global HR users, internal (IT) and external clients.
Collaborate effectively to identify solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests.
Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
Work closely with support teams to ensure appropriate project documentation is available in the Transition book for each new initiative or enhancement release.
Day to day support of ServiceNow HR application
Writing, editing, reviewing, publishing, and retiring relevant knowledge articles and content in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Ensure data quality within ServiceNow platform by monitoring data integrations to and from HRMS and other third party platforms.
Research and resolve data feed errors if necessary.
Qualifications
2+ years working with the ServiceNow platform in an Admin and enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment
Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems
ServiceNow Certified Administrator preferable
Experience in ITIL a plus
