Job Description : Roles and ResponsibilitiesManaging Social Media accounts across multiple platforms focusing on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter.Responsible for designing and developing a comprehensive digital communications and social media strategy, incorporating multiple social media platforms.Ideate, Strategize and Implement the strategies to stay ahead of competitors throughout Social Media Platforms.Outstanding ability to think creatively, and strategically to identify and resolve problems.Drive consistent relevant traffic from social network presence.Oversee day-to-day implementation, operations and identify competitive Social Media pages/accounts.Excellent Research and Analyzing Skills.Drafting Content Calendar as per strategic approach and getting it designed on time from the Graphics team.Schedule biweekly meetings with clients to make sure everything is going perfectly.To define innovative social media strategies for high-profile brands with a strong focus on ROI.To provide strategic social media campaigns for clients (all aspects including creating, tracking, technical setup, blogger outreach, seeding, structure, delivery, and results in analysis)Taking briefs from business heads and strategizing digital solutions according to the given brief.Possesses the well-developed analytical ability to extract insight from data and plan the next steps across multiple marketing mediums.To ensure the social search is fully integrated into the overall digital marketing campaign.To focus campaign work around agreed client objectives and monitor results through agreed KPIs.Handle day-to-day execution to drive acquisitions and engagement.Leverage reporting and analytics to monitor and optimize performance.Work directly and foster relationships and opportunities with vendor partners including Facebook.Stay on top of the latest updates regarding tools and industry trends.Ensure that all campaigns are error-proofed, including budget monitoring, spelling, and creative changes and are in compliance with Facebook and other social networks.Should be aware of Viral campaign tactics.Build engaging digital, social media, and offline marketing campaigns.Handle day-to-day execution to drive acquisitions and engagement.Leverage reporting and analytics to monitor and optimize performance.Work on social strategies and content to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals.Grow the social media platforms organically.Major goal will be working on organic strategies more and share reports for the sameDesired Candidate Profile3+ years of social media, digital marketing, and performance marketing experience.Background in B2B social and content marketing.Knowledge of Social Media platforms, media formats, Social Media analytics, Social Media SEO, and updated with social media algorithms.Knowledge of E-commerce platformsCreative mindsetClient servicingCoordination to execute the desired goal through design and contentPossess strong communication (both verbal and written) interpersonal skills.Accurately prepares written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective, and professional.Ability to self-manage while managing assigned teams and projects under tight deadlines.Fast-learner with strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail.Perks and BenefitsSnacks & Beverages, Friendly Environment, Global Clientele Exposure, Opportunities to grow.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Paid sick timeSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
