This position will be best suited to a full stack developer, who likes to be challenged in terms of both technical and soft skills and who enjoys working on their own or within small teams.Development projects cover areas such as CRMs, integrations development, native applications, mobile development, and web development.Responsibilities: · Developing software solutions following SCRUM/Agile methodology· Investigating problem areas and identifying business needs· Establishing operational feasibility of proposed solutions· Documenting and demonstrating solutions· Provide time and resource estimates to assist in the planning of projects.· Creating flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code· Preparing deployment plans for developed solutions· Conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures· Protecting operations by keeping information confidential.· Providing training and demonstrations· Collaborate effectively with other technical teams to exploit new technologies to enhance the applications and service infrastructure· Assist the Operations team with service launches by providing timely adoption documentation, training, and assistance with problem resolutionSKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONSEssential skills: · 2 years’ experience in one or more major programming languages (.NET (C#, VB), PHP, JavaScript, C/C++)· Event-Driven systems design· Commercial experience using Microsoft Azure or one of the other top cloud providers.· An appreciation of good user experience and prepared to be the users’ advocate· A track record of producing maintainable code· Ability to rapidly acquire new software skills and to work with new technologies· SQL Server· MySQL· Great communication skills· TeamworkBenefits: Highly competitive salaryHybrid working available28 days annual leaveFlexible working hoursTime off in lieuOpportunity to accrue 4 extra days of annual leave per yearTime off for birthdayCompany eventsFriendly teamJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per yearBenefits:Work from homeSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (preferred)
