Minimum of B.S. or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience implementing and supporting CRM applications
Strong knowledge of business processes supported by CRM/PRM environments.
Hands on experience with Salesforce.com as an admin and developer required. Strong knowledge of apex, SOQL, Governor Limits, visual force coding & LWC. Strong knowledge of Community/Experience Portal Strong knowledge of Salesforce data structure and automation’s including custom objects & relationships, workflow, process builder, and flow designer
Experience with Lightning Experience preferred. Exposure to MS Dynamics CRM is ideal. Experience working in a manufacturing environment with distribution, direct sales channels, Service channels. Guide user to test and administer training
Organized self-starter who is able to prioritize tasks and deliver on multiple projects at once Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact with colleagues as all levels of the organization High energy, customer focused, and results oriented Acts in a manner consistent with Dover’s core values
