Job Description : We are seeking a passionate individual to join Bentley Systems as an Electron Typescript desktop and full stack developer. The candidate will work with the product development team to deliver product for the Infrastructure Engineering and Construction markets (BIM). An ideal candidate will have experience of 3-5 years as an Electron/NodeJS developer and is passionate towards continuous learning and building cross platform products.
Location: Pune, India
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (CSE / IT) or closely related field are highly preferred.
Must have experience of 3-5 Years with emphasis on NodeJs, Typescript, React, CSS, REST API framework
Strong in data structures and algorithm with experience in HLD and LLD
Extensive experience building desktop applications with Electron is preferred.
Demonstrates a commitment to writing testable and maintainable code.
Work with a team in an agile, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery software development process.
Work with team members to ensure security best practices are followed.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing features along with building innovative user interface, deploying and maintaining the desktop applications using Electron JS.
Work closely with designers and PMs to ensure the best desktop experience
Take ownership of the functionality you write and designs you implement.
You will be an integral part of the team that builds enterprise class desktop and web application and optimize the existing one.
Demonstrate teamwork, excellent interpersonal communication, effective organizational skills and solid technical skills.
You should be able to develop and maintain functional and robust desktop applications to meet our organization’s needs
Desired Skills
Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript syntax and API.
Knowledge of agile scrum development, test driven development, Continuous Delivery and DevOps processes.
