Job Description : As Technical Support Engineer you will be providing support to our business owners for a suite of products in Structured Finance space. This position requires a problem-solving mindset to be able to troubleshoot and find solutions in a variety of different products and technologies. In this technical support role, you will be a trusted technical advisor to our product owners and developers. This position requires knowledge in multiple technologies and we will provide training for a right fit.
Responsibilities
Troubleshot and provides solutions and/or workarounds to resolve complexed technical application issuesReview logs, query Mongo/Postgress databases, read/debug code to identify the root causeDocument solutions and maintain knowledge base
When not working on support cases there will be opportunity to contribute to in-sprint activities in Node.js/React frameworks
3+ years experience in technical support or professional software development.Experience with AWS, Docker, Jenkins, LinuxAbility to read and debug React, Node.js and/or Scala codeSome experience with MondoDB, PostgresThe ability to manage multiple urgent issues in parallel.Technical curiosity and desire to learn new technologies and products.Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and find out of box solutions
