Because our customers are a huge part of what makes our clubs so special, we place them at the heart of everything we do.As Sous Chef, you must be capable of looking after the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence ensuring that service runs smoothly. You should be capable of working well under pressure and should be strong team player. A current certificate in Basic Food Hygiene is essential.You will ensure the highest standards of food preparation and service are achieved in accordance with our Group Policy.The position will include providing support to the Head Chef, food preparation responsibilities and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll also ensure that all our guests leave the Club completely satisfied, having received a level of service that exceeds their expectations.This is a full-time role and will include evening and weekend work, 5 out of 7 days per week.
