Year of experience: 6 – 8 yrs.
Must-have technical/ process skills:

IT Industry overall experience should be 4+ Years Relevant Experience minimum should be 2yr in Drupal 7 & Drupal 8 Or Symfony development.
Excellent hands-on programming experience of?PHP?5X &?PHP?7X
Ability to develop, review, test, and deploy custom modules and themes.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Good in JavaScript, jQuery
Good in any one MVC framework (Zend, CakePHP, CodeIgniter)
Good in Mysql/Postgres (Indexing, Scaling Mysql)
Good in HTML5, CSS3 and Responsive web development.
Good understanding of AGILE – SCRUM
Good understanding of GitHUB, SVN
Should understand the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs Working experience with React / Angular, will be value added to the position (Not mandatory)
Must-have soft skills:
Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)
Excellent Logical & analysis Skills
Proven experience of working as part of a cross functional team
Demonstrates a clear sense of their role, responsibilities, and purpose within a working team.
Adopts a team approach, acknowledging and appreciating efforts, contributions, and compromises. Recognises the common purpose of the team and respects team decisions.
Added advantage:
Good understanding of NoSQL
Good understanding of Cloud server architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
