Job Description : Responsibilities
Responsible to perform health checks for applications and technical support for payment applications based in Asia & Europe Regions .
Responsible to perform trouble shooting and technical analysis for incidents .
Provide extractions of data from applications for users .
Liaise with L3/Vendor Teams for closure of incidents & problems as per the SLA
Responsible to raise defects when applicable and works towards the fix .
Participate in weekend operations and Sanity checks post releases and infra activities
Profile required
Mandatory Technical Skills :-
1. UNIX/Linux/AIX Shell scripting
2. SQL ( Any RDBMS )
3. Exposure to Banking Domain projects
4. Ctrl-M Scheduling Tool
Must Have :-
2-6 years of experience with good knowledge on UNIX Shell scripting , SQL and Ctrl-M tools.
Experience in working on Production Support Environments along with application support activities .
Exposure to banking domain projects or enterprise banking applications like TCS Bancs or any other application.
Knowledge on ITIL processes
Ready to work in shifts ( 24 * 7 ) with Asia & Europe Time zones on rotational basis [ Morning , Afternoon , Night shifts in IST time zone ]
Good to Have :
Preference will be given to people who already have experience working in night shifts.
ITIL Foundation Certification will be preferred .
Knowledge on JAVA and Dev-ops will be added advantage .
Knowledge of payment networks like SWIFT/SEPA.
