About the position:
Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of SQL and SSIS developers who will be supporting a financial services client, as well as for contributing to technical efforts. This will include assisting team members while addressing clients challenging and meeting client requirements.
Other tasks will include, but are not limited to:Develop the conceptual, logical, and physical data models, tabular and multidimensional cubes to meet business requirements.
* Design & implement Microsoft SQL procedures, functions, and triggers. * Requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.Assist in testing efforts for database use.Perform analyses to drive business decisions and optimize expense/efforts for database enhancements and support.
* Serve as a key member of cross-functional teams to achieve goals of Business Intelligence and IT projects, including work plans, system design and testing of solutions. * Design and develop appropriate processes and procedures to ensure proactive data…
Expert skills in writing advanced SQL & SSIS, creating packages, leveraging functions, building stored procedures and optimizing SQL queries Expert skills and knowledge in database management, MS SQL Server and a relational database concepts Excellent programming and problem solving skills with an aptitude to learn & apply new technology skills Experience / understanding of data warehousing & data management concepts
