Job Description : Job descriptionSr Engineer with high experience (10+ yrs experience in Architect firm) CANDIDATES FROM ANYWHERE IN INDIA ARE INVITEDDiploma in Civil or BE Civil Engg candidatesfemale candidate onlyWork place – CoimbatoreNot work from home ; Regular shift onlySalary Package : Rs.35,000-Rs.40,000/- depends on their experience & performanceKey Responsibilities: · Be responsible for the production of all fabrications drawings upon request to the relevant standards and procedures .· Ensure that all drawings and work instructions are kept up to date.· Carry out material take offs and prepare material lists.· Ensure the quality of products and services is maintained and make improvements to the processes where necessary .· Carry out regular programme monitoring to identify changes in the status of the projects.· Providing architectural assistance to architects in developing construction drawings, prepare and develop floor plans, elevations, cross sections.· Coordination drawings for all services in GFC drawings. Plan, coordinate & manage project deliverables.· Should handle vendors & clientsEssential : · Good knowledge in Auto Cad 2D and 3D. Proficiency in reading Architectural Drawings. Experience in Photoshop added advantage with BE Civil or Dip. in Architectural Draftsmanship or Dip.in Civil.· Ability to produce clear and informative production drawings and technical information .· Works systematically to ensure completion of tasks to meet deadlines and clients expectations. Excellent organizational and planning skills .· Ability to effectively prioritize workload Proficient as a team head with excellent communication skills, but also able to work on own initiative.SALARY IS NOT A MUCH CONSTRAINT FOR RIGHT & DESERVING CANDIDATESJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 10 years (Preferred)Architects: 10 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
