Job Description
Develop and deliver software for the projects assigned with the best quality in the timelines established
Help the team to debug and move forward with new technologies
Identify potential risks that impact the product/schedule/cost in advance and assist team in mitigating them
Perform analysis on the impact of changes proposed to the system
Develop/update necessary process artifacts during the development
Effectively manage a variety of work priorities
Clearly understands engineering processes and products in multiple areas
Assist in and become involved with improving technical processes and products in the team
Enhance the success of the project by contributing innovative ideas
Develop or apply advanced technologies that improve product or productivity or quality
Successfully translate design to software. Contribute to effective design solutions.
Follow prescribed HUE guidelines for consistent customer experience. Where guidelines are lacking the person should be able to derive low level details consistent to over guidelines.
Actively participate in internal/external meeting presenting their Point of View constructively.
Effectively manage the team, including contractors.
Successfully Resolve conflicts within the team to deliver the Project/Product On Time
Clearly understands the financial and budget Aspect of Projects
Good to have exposure to preparing Statement of Work (SOW)
Prioritize customer needs and develop product roadmaps to deliver on meeting customer expectations.
Knowledgeable in Business case preparation, Product Road Map, Revenue Generation through product offerings for customer pain points
Assess the resources & skills needed, developed/hired as needed for the project
Qualification
8+ YEARS OF DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE IN WORKING WITH WEB TECHNOLOGIES
At least 1~2 year of managing projects in Agile/Scrum methodology
STRONG IN OOPS CONCEPTS, HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, SQL, NOSQL, XML, .NET 4.5, Web API, ASP.NET MVC, Azure, AWS, Angular/React, NodeJS
GOOD KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF SDLC LIFECYCLE IN WATERFALL AND AGILE METHODOLOGY
GOOD KNOWLEDGE IN Cloud Deployment Principles
STRONG WORKING KNOWLEDGE IN ALGORITHM DESIGN
SHOULD HAVE WORKED IN 1-2 PROJECTS MORE THAN 4-8 MEMBER TEAMS WITH DURATION OF MORE THAN 6 MONTHS.
