Sr Principal Business Operations Analyst
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
5-10 years’ experience in an Analyst/Architect role in a technology company
Experience and skill in working with both business users and IT Developers
Strong written and verbal skills
Understanding of Agile framework and processes (experience with JIRA a plus)
Experience with Customer Support website content administration and configuration (AEM a plus)
Shift: India afternoon shift: US based hours
Job Description:
Authoring and web production work in AEM
UI programming and configuration using HTML, CSS, AEM structure or UI frameworks in our Customer Support Online Experience portfolio (Customer Support Portal, Customer reference documents, etc)
Search configuration and administrative level programming using Lucidworks/Fusion
This role will work closely with both the business users and IT Developers of our Online Experience Team (Customer Support sites, Chat, Search, Knowledge Management)
Requests for Enhancements to Online Experience will be analyzed and reviewed with consideration of overarching impacts to the organization at large and all business units, details gathered through close conversation with the business users, and formal requirements submitted to the IT Development team
An intrinsic understanding of the Developer’s process, as well as the capabilities of the AEM and internal systems is essential in this process
Conversations will also be held, if necessary, with appropriate business leaders and the Support Process Team to ensure approval and alignment
Ongoing conversations will continue with the assigned Developer and Business requestors through the LOE, Design, Development, UAT and Deployment Processes
Construct detailed and clear and detailed requirements documentation, including use cases
Write clear step by step UAT test cases and participate in UAT and PPV cycles
Coordination of UAT meetings with business testers and subsequent defect remediation meetings with IT Developers daily during a release cycle
