Job Description

Resolving incoming customer incidents/requests via self-service tickets, chat, email and phone support
Establish, maintain & continually improve customer relationships and satisfaction regarding IT customer service and support
Ensure that all tickets are responded to, followed-up, escalated and/or resolved within the agreed SLA
Preparing training manuals and FAQ materials for easy-access and end-user guidance
Documenting processes and maintaining service desk records

Qualifications
At least 2+ years’ experience in an IT performance analysis and end-user support role
In-depth and current knowledge of computer programs and hardware
Solid understanding of multiple OS environments (Windows, Linux, Unix)
