Job Description : Urgently Required At Pune location Flexible Hrs.career counselor for abroad studiesUnderstanding student’s goals, interest and aspirations. Guiding and counseling students to shortlist the country, by giving country comparison. Once the country is decided helping in finalizing the university. Explaining the various funding options. Sending applications, regular follow ups with universities and central applications team. VISA application on UKVI & AVATS for UK & Ireland respectively. Pre departure orientation.Follow ups with fresh leads on CRM generating walk ins.Enrollments for IELTS batches. Target driven.Extra initiatives taken: interviewing fresh candidates for Pune and Delhi office as per requirements.ROLE OF POSITION The post holder will provide free professional advice and guidance to students interested in studying in the above mentioned countries. He/She will work to specific targets set by the Line Manager and his/her performance will be judged on the same. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working with people and be highly motivated, result-orientated with a strong interest in marketing.MAIN DUTIESØ ENQUIRIES Mapping of new enquiries is correct for intake and country and ensuring clarity of remarks for all prospects (by all student counselors)Strong follow ups for generating walk-ins (University Visits/ General / Fairs)Ensure that a minimum number of calls in the “Spoken To” Category are made on a daily basis by all Student counselors.Make sure the respective enquiries are transferred to internally to country specialists.
