Job Description : Onboard all students of all the batches and get them acquainted with the different programelementsUnderstand the expectations of all candidates from the program and maintain the data in google sheet/ExcelKeep all students updated about the program via phone, email, chatAnalyze performance of candidates on different program elements and propose interventions to improve lagging metrics for the preparatory course (pre launch course/ prerequisite)Maintain a database of the entire history of expectations, interactions & progress of every candidateProvide lagging students with regular feedback and motivation to help them succeedManage the operational/logistic work for the offline event that happens before the launch of a batchManage operational work associated with the welcome webinar that happens before the launch of a batchHigh customer centricity, to understand student expectations and support them on their pre launch queries & issues.Ability to approach any situation with patience and empathyAbility to manage clear internal communication to drive student successDecent proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is mandatoryWhat We Are Looking ForExcellent written and spoken communication skillsHigh customer centricity, to understand student expectations and support them to achieve their goals;Ability to approach any situation with patience and empathyGood problem solving skillsAbility to manage clear internal communication to drive student successDecent proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is mandatoryJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹300,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per yearBenefits:Provident FundSchedule:Day shiftWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:total work: 3 years (Required)Customer relationship management: 1 year (Required)Work Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19
