Job Description : Here at Cartrefi Cymru we provide care and support to adults of all ages; those with learning disabilities, mental health needs, people with Autism and physical disabilities. We do that in a number of ways, from providing 24-hour support within their own homes, to providing shorter, community based support to assist with individual day to day tasks or care needs, which are often determined in conjunction with Social Services. The people we support and their families are at the centre of what we do, so we are looking for compassionate, caring, individuals who have the right skills, mindset and ability to provide high quality of support and care, and really want to make a difference. We are able to provide full training to individuals who are new to the care sector and considering a new rewarding career.
We are offering full-time 40hr contracts, with overtime options available to those wishing to work more. We offer a competitive sleep in rate of £62.64 per night and a mileage allowance of 45p per mile.

What we expect from you:
A commitment to enabling people to live fulfilled and independent lives both within their homes and the wider community.
A very flexible approach to work and the willingness and ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
A full valid UK driving licence and a car with business insurance, as you will be required to use your car for work purposes. No non-drivers will be considered for this role.
Have a commitment to work towards a QCF in Health and Social Care
Due to the nature of this work, we are required by legislation to obtain an enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service for all successful applicants.
