Job Description
We are looking for a leader in marketing technology strategy to serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives at a major Fortune 25 brand.
You will be the primary agency stakeholder powering strategic projects that develop and enhance marketing programs, working across internal and external teams from ideation to implementation. You will be spending significant time with clients to gain deep insight into their business needs, acting as an extension of their team to activate the full potential of their Marketing Technology stack. This is a true intersection of content, data, and technology.
This is a strategic leadership role, geared to inspiring and molding solutions that help empower clients by what is possible with the existing technology as well as what pushes them to the forefront of innovation. Omni-channel experiences, personalized communications, and data-driven performance are all key focus areas for leading this brand forward. You will act as a thought leader in these spaces, presenting examples of innovation, programs and trends to inspire the client and internal teams.
A strong background with CRM, marketing technology stacks, being able to map journeys across a complex ecosystem, and a passion for delivering excellent consumer experiences are required. An in-depth knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM) is also required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Relationship Management: Partner with senior client stakeholders to develop and execute marketing technology projects. Soft skills as well as technical acumen are critical for success.
Product Management: Leverage your marketing technology expertise to evolve our client’s capabilities and streamline experiences that differentiate the brand and delight customers. Translate these opportunities into a roadmap with future priorities informed by customer insights and performance metrics.
Customer Marketing Strategy: Activate the product roadmap by developing and evolving customer marketing programs across email, push, web, app and other channels that align to key moments of opportunity within the customer’s journey based on business KPIs and priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required, relevant Master’s degree preferred
12+ years of work experience in marketing technology, solutions consulting, product management, or technical account management with a consultative perspective
Hands-on experience working with a wide range of technology solutions powering cross-channel campaigns, next best experience personalization or ad-tech/media audience integration
Ability to develop a strategic capabilities roadmap communicating the dependencies between digital experiences and technology delivery
Exceptional leadership and consensus building skills
Strong strategy and analytics skills, with an advanced understanding of success metrics. Proven ability in synthesizing and interpreting data and customer insights into successful marketing strategies
Deep understanding of, and experience with, Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM)
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Strong business acumen with the ability to work with senior leaders across the agency and client organizations
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Previous expose to technology and/or telecommunications verticals (plus)
Up to 10% travel may be required.
