We’re looking for a System Engineer / DevOps to:

support the IT Client Relationship and Lifecycle area of a leading Asset Manager to evolve to the next level and shape the end user experiencethink strategically and work in a global distributed project teampartner and collaborate with internal experts and keep your colleagues, business partners, stakeholders and counterparts up to dateapply proper methodology, implement solutions in an Agile fashion and comply with a systems development life cycle (SDLC).
experience with on premise and cloud enterprise solutions including transitionensure business goals are understood and requirements/user stories/acceptance criteria are documented in conjunction with Product Owners, to enable solutions to be defined by the scrum teamcontribute to reduction of all security and operational risks, in line with policies and standards

You’ll be working in the Asset Management CDIO team in Pune. The project team is located In Switzerland, United Kingdom and India. Our clients and users are distributed globally. The Client Relationship and Lifecycle team offer global IT solutions for Asset Management.
Your expertise
devOps or Automation Engineer role in IT software development projects, preferably in a large and global financial or IT organization, added bonus if you also are familiar with AML/KYC and/or Fenergoself-starter, problem solve, has an “automate everything” mindset, experience integrating in-house and 3rd party vendor products into an enterprise environment (software packaging, scripting and integrations, cloud adoption)pro-active and always up for new challenges (new technologies)team player and strong verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English is a musttake lead to resolve issues with system and/or application, within the team but also with the vendorfluent in at-least one of the scripting languages – Powershell, bash, pythonfluent using standard Devops tech stack – Puppet, GitLab CIstrong understanding of Code packaging, Agile, SDLC, Cloud Hosting – Jira, GitFlow, Azurehands-on experience with Windows and Linux system administration and best practiceshands-on experience with MSSQL and/or PostGreshands-on experience with atleast one ETL/Data tool – PowerBI and SSRS, SQL Server, SSIS, Informatica and/or Azure Data Factoryexperience with ARM templates, IaaC tools is a plus
