The Opportunity
Join Datto as our standalone regional Netsuite and Salesforce expert. Provide meticulous advice and resolution to our sales, success, billing and manufacturing teams, as part of our global IT team.
This role can be full time remote.
A Look Inside the Job
Provide level 2 support to our global sales teams and partner community
Support and resolve enquiries relating to our global ERP and CRM applications (Netsuite / Salesforce / MuleSoft)
Identify trends and explore root cause analysis
Act as the local APAC liaison between partner facing and global IT teams
Partner with other teams to address documentation and workflow needs
Contribute to the continued success of Datto in our region as well as globally
About You
Experience working with e-commerce, order-to-cash, ERP or CRM systems
Passion for developing your IT skills in a market leading technology company
Fantastic rapport builder and team player
Experience in incident management and root cause analysis
Natural curiosity and a penchant for problem solving
Self-starter with a strong ability to learn on the job
An entrepreneurial spirit and a level of comfort in a hyper-growth company and ever-changing environment
Bonus Points
A University degree in IT / Computer Science or a related field
Incident management/ITIL experience
