Job Description
The Operations & Infrastructure third party Tech Management team provides infrastructure analytics and support for how assets are utilized and managed. The team focuses on projects that protect Visa’s core business/brand, deliver cost efficiencies and make informed technology strategic decisions.
The Systems Admin is responsible for maintaining and supporting systems and applications owned by the Data Enablement team within third part Tech Management. This candidate must consistently manage multiple competing priorities, have a good understanding of various operating systems and administration, and maintain proficiency in industry standards and best practices inclusive of Visa’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Reliability Engineering (IRE).
Essential Function:
Experienced in 3rd Party Application Support and vulnerability management and remediation
Trigger and lead remediation of security assessments throughout the entire assessment life cycle process
Remediate all vulnerabilities within the defined timelines as per Visa Vulnerability management processes
Provide support to application stakeholders as an application technical contact (ATC)
Capable of packaging and executing scripts via Visa’s internal cloud
Support all administrative task in internal vendor tool launches
Effective communicator with all stakeholders; business and tech
Strong understanding in incident and change management processes
Collaborate with multiple administrative and engineering teams to deliver effective and efficient solutions and use established procedures and delivery methods

Qualifications
Qualifications
Must have 3 or more years of work experience with bachelor’s degree or 3 or more years with an Advanced DegreeConcentration in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical disciplineExpertise with Windows and Linux operating system management and administrationExperience with batch scripting such as PowerShell, Bash, and Command LineExperience with networking (TLS/SSL) and certificate managementExperience with python, C# or other scripting language is a plusExperience with modifying registry and IISSolid analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think strategicallyUnderstanding of data centers and IT frameworks preferredAbility to conduct research and learn new technologies as neededAbility to collect and analyze relevant quantitative and qualitative data setsStrong communication skills including written, oral, and presentation abilities
