The Position:
KAYAK/OpenTable is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. You will be responsible for recruiting new talent for Commercial Partnerships, AdTech, Sales and Services, Engineering, Marketing, Finance and Accounting in APAC.
You are a driven self-starter who is deeply passionate about diversity, candidate experience and strives to be a key resource for the business.
In this role, you will:
Manage and full-cycle recruitment responsibilities (source, screen, evaluate and recommend candidates on an ongoing basis).
Attract the best talent and engage passive candidates through networking, online databases, active sourcing, social media, employee referrals, and other creative programs while accurately tracking progress through our ATS (Greenhouse).
Represent as a brand ambassador by building and maintaining employment brands.
Continually build positive relationships with employees across the business and functions.
Pipeline of talent for future roles.
Craft and maintain tracking metrics for recruiting.

5 years or more of proven recruiting experience in a fast-paced internal recruitment environment.
Demonstrable track record as a trusted adviser to hiring managers.
Ability to work autonomously with prioritisation.
Communicate, interact, and negotiate with a variety of internal clients and external candidates.
Adaptable and flexible to work within a distributed team.
Creative and innovative, passionate about building positive relationships.
