We are currently recruiting for a C#/.Net Technical Lead to perform a variety of challenging tasks in a demanding leadership role. The job will require 30% design, 20% development, and 50% management. Technical Lead reports to Manager designated by Director of Application Development or Director of Application Development.

Technical Skills:
.Net 3.5 or .Net 4.0, .Net Core C#
Oracle , SQL databases
Security Guidelines
expertise with:
ASP.Net – C#, knowledge of .NET core
WCF
SQL Server
SSIS, SSRS
Microsoft Azure
Reporting & Analysis Services
Agile/Scrum
Oracle or MS SQL
WCF, LINQ, & XML, Web API
Angular JS, Angular 8, 9
Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems:
encoding, testing, debugging and installing
Systems Architecture/Infrastructure
Application Architecture Design
codes software applications
oversees testing
develops fixes
uses Design Patterns
knows relational databases
practices client-server concepts
multithreading concepts (preferred)
asynchronous communications (preferred)

Process Skills:
clarifies program objectives
writes/reviews manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedures
keeps up to date with emerging applications, technologies, and standards in the field

thinks through process requirements
provides solutions to projects with a keen sense of creativity
addresses changing business requirements
Involved Team Player:
directs development teams to achieve optimal performance
leads/coordinates development activities, solution elaboration, and implementation process
issues resolution among developers
coordinates with DBA in creating stored procedures, functions and table designs
willing to provide hands-on support
delegates project tasks to offshore developers
communicates with (non) Technical Teams
