Core Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a strong, SCM Lead with experience working in a small, agile team. We are looking for collaborative and creative associates that thrive in a team environment, creating solutions for challenging customer driven business needs.
Work on the inception phase of projects, including collecting requirements, suggesting methodologies and technologies, and release planning
Active researcher, keeping up with the latest trends in software development
Influence and strengthen agile development culture
Inspire, mentor, and encourage developers to apply industry’s best practices.
Design and implement a solid API strategy for internal and external customers.
Design, implement, and support “cloud” based solutions and applications.

Key Competencies:
Strong Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD process using Jenkins.
Expertise in operating Linux & Windows environment with good command over any scripting language such as Shell, Batch, Python or Ruby
Good hands-on knowledge of Administrating Source Code Management Tools like Perforce and SVN
Support internal and external customers on multiple platforms.
Experience working in an Agile, fast-paced Environment.
Knowledge of a cloud platform like AWS, Azure is added advantage.

The ideal candidate would also be familiar with one or more of the following:
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (eg. HTML/CSS, JavaScrit, XML, jQuery)
Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (eg. Python) and JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js)
Familiarity with databases (eg. MongoDB, Oracle) and Web Servers (eg. Apache) and UI/UX design
Familiarity with Common Stacks
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Computer Science/equivalent or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
4+ years’ experience as Software Team lead, 10+ years general software development experience

Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, Implement & Maintain CI/CD in Jenkins.
Administrating Source Code Management Tools like Perforce, SVN, Team Foundation Server & Bug Tracing tools like Bugzilla.
Automating Build Process using Shell, Batch, Python.
