Description
GSPANN is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) who is determined to solve the organization’s most challenging problems. Join our global workforce and unleash a pool of opportunities.
Role and Responsibilities
Architect, design, and develop product/project and sustenance delivery solutions.
Implement the solutions to provide technical expertise in designing and planning the solutions.
Build solutions on top of the AEM Sites and Assets.
Ensure technical implementation solutions and recommendations meet business requirements.
Create and integrate content-driven applications on top of the AEM platform and integrate with other systems.
Define implementation processes and best practices.
Manage the demonstrations and proofs of concepts (POCs) for the client.
Provide technical guidance and act as a mentor to the team.
Review code and ensure that code quality, readability, and security are top-notch.
Lead the day-to-day technical activities to bring excellence in implementation.
Work closely with the clients, developers, system administrators, and business administrators to build AEM solutions.
Integrate third-party systems with AEM as part of the overall architecture.
Take on different roles to offer leadership and direction to the project team in the Agile model.
Skills and Experience
Mandatory 5+ years of AEM experience and a good understanding of its latest features.
Must have a deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and JSTL, combined with good knowledge of enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
Hands-on experience in AEM development and all AEM building blocks, including templates, components, touch UI dialogs, etc.
Expertise in Sightly (HTL), Sling Models, Queries, OSGi services, and components.
Good understanding of AEM Sites deployment, Dispatcher Configuration, and Clustering.
Prior experience in Java, web development experience, other content management systems.
Must have worked in core web technologies including XML, XHTML, client-side and server-side scripting languages such as JavaScript, JSP, and web services development using RESTful implementations.
Knowledge of AEM foundational concepts, including the CRX repository and core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix, is desirable.
Prior experience in developing distributed applications and internet/intranet-based database.
Must know about best integration practices with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, etc.
