What you’ll achieve
As a Technical Content Developer- Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for documentation life cycle from inception to delivery for Dell-EMC Server line of business . You will work cross-functionally with other departments to gather and document all the necessary requirements for the document production.
You will:
Perform as product line lead within the department responsible for advancing and implementing strategic decisions for the line of business documentation requirements to meet Delivery and Quality standards.
Work with Program Management/Engineering/Marketing/Services stakeholders to meet regulatory, operational, and quality requirements through comprehensive and accurate product documentation.
Write/Edit, structure, and develop new modules for the product line with multiple levels of complexity.
Conduct competitive benchmark studies in your line of business to induct and institute best industry standards for technical communication.
Attend conferences and trainings as required to upskill in your job role subject to business imperatives and evolving industry standards.
Help management with resource forecasting and identifying skill development opportunities for the team.

Essential Requirements
Undergraduate degree and 6-8 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience.
Experience in Server hardware and component technologies.
Exhibit good Writing, Editing and communication skills. Should possess expert knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Experiencing leading a team or working with cross functional teams for operational, strategic, or business initiatives.
Desirable Requirements
Working knowledge of DITA.
Programming skills to develop independently or work in collaboration with Tools team for automation requirements.
