About Your Team

Your Role
This position will primarily be Senior PeopleSoft Administrator with IT experience in Design, Plan, manage, upgrade of PeopleSoft Applications – HCM or CRM modules, Manage and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
Your Key Responsibilities
o Proven PeopleSoft Admin Knowledge, troubleshooting and analytical skills from PeopleSoft Implementation / Support Projects
o Experience with AT LEAST TWO PeopleSoft Upgrade Projects
o First-hand Knowledge and experience on PeopleSoft installation, Elastic Search, PUM, CA setup
o Excellent Team player, Flexible in going beyond work hours to support the delivery / timelines / escalations
o Experience in old and latest PS Admin tools/features/utilities – Elastic Search, PUM, Change Assistant, App D, Data Mover etc.
o Proven Client facing and 3rd party vendor coordination experience
o Specialized in installation of third-party software’s and setup/configuration of them to work with PeopleSoft
o Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with end users
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 10+ years of experience in Information Technology.
Australian Permanent Residents & citizens and those authorized to work in Australia are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
At least 8+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Administration space with strong experience in Peoplesoft upgrade, maintenance and support activities
Preferred Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in software development life cycle
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
