About the team

Our tPgM [Technical Program Managers or Program Managers] have a passion to manage SW development; breaking down, estimating and prioritizing work. As a tPgM you work with our Engineer and Product leveraging your strong software architecture and system level knowledge to facilitate decision making, judgment, resolving constraints and enable high quality on program execution and delivery.

What you’ll do

Manage technology programs, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation and successful on-time delivery.
Exercise technical judgment in working with large, cross-functional teams.
Develop tools and processes to improve software engineering productivity.
Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to all levels in the company.

What you’ll need

Proven work experience program managing software development
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies, tools and processes
Demonstrated ability or preference to work across multiple teams.
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive program plans and schedules
Hands-on experience with Prioritization and issue management
Proven record on facilitating decision making and judgment
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

Where you’ll be

This role is part of a remote distributed team! This means you can be based in any of the countries where we currently have an engineering site. If you would like to join us in Dubai, Berlin, Ukraine, Russia, Poland, Pakistan, Egypt, Lebanon or Jordan, that’s fine with us (Visa permitting)!
Even though we are working remotely, we are strong believers in collaboration and the power of building social connections with our teams. For that reason, our offices are still open and provide plenty of collaboration-friendly spaces at times when teams need it or if you need a quiet space to work outside of home.
You’ll be working in the location you’re hired from. Due to legal and compensation considerations, you will need to be based out of the country you’re hired from as your primary work location.
