Job Description : Job SpecificationsMove the companies Websites and email inboxes on a secured server, service it regularlyMove the communications to Microsoft Teams for all companies staffLook for better software’s to support operations and introduce it in existing processesProvide the staff with technical support as and when neededActivate MS Office, Skype, Outlook etc to all new joinersResolve all IT related issues in the companyCreate and activate email, skypes, CRM, social media logins for the staffMake changes as required on the Zoho CRMUpdate the company websites from the back end as and when requiredCreate basic websites and landing pages on company server for marketing/seo purposesAssist Marketing team in the technical aspect of Social Media Marketing as and when requiredStudy the Zoho CRM and its APIs and update fields as per business needsWebsite IntegrationIntegrate CRM with WordPress/Wix WebsiteService the website with testimonials, events, videos, staff profiles etc regularlyRegularly update new features on the websiteServer: Migrate the company websites, email inboxes and other company assets on a unified serveKeep all company data on server, service the server regularlyCarefully migrate all the email inboxes to company server without data lossActivate free unlimited email inboxes on company email serverCommunication Platforms: Generate email addresses for new joiners, Skype ID, Social Media LoginsMonitor and track the Social Media Activities of staff as per managements instructionsBasic DutiesRemoving Viruses/malwares etc from staff computersInstall usual computer software and network computersJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹13,137.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthSchedule:Evening shiftApplication Question(s):Do you have experience in Microsoft Teams?Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Technical support: 3 years (Preferred)Language:Very Good English (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
