Get to know the Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Finance Systems, this role will be responsible for the delivery of Grab’s finance system enhancements and deployments. The candidate will be primarily responsible for capturing, analyzing and estimating business requirements and translating them into Oracle Cloud ERP solution architecture that fits within the business environment and business objectives. You will lead complex functional/process analysis and facilitate workshops with senior resources and subject matter experts.
The Day-to-Day Activities:
Provide solution architecture domain guidance, expertise, and support across business systems and technologies.
Enable business agility and innovation via a flexible architecture which caters for rapid development and implementation cycles.
Creates architectural designs to guide and contextualize solution development across products, services, projects, and systems (including applications, technologies, processes and information).
Takes responsibility for investigative work to determine requirements and specify effective business processes, through improvements in the cloud technical domain.
Work effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, consultants, technical staff and integration leads across discovery, design, implementation, integration and test phases of enhancements.
Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) performed by business and external stakeholders.
Be a driver of change for Finance and Procurement & GTS to continuously improve our ability to serve Grabbers; includes identifying gaps in processes, data lifecycle or new relevant releases in platform offerings.
The Must-Haves:
In depth knowledge of functional domains such as: General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Advance Collections, Cash Management, Financial Accounting Hub.
Expertise in supporting Testing, Defects Analysis and Fixing in sync with product development and support.
Extensive knowledge of the Oracle solution and keep abreast with the product roadmap.
Ability to identify the appropriate software architecture based on the requirements and design elements contained in a system specification.
Ability to analyze software requirements, define solution parameters and specifications.
Understand prioritization of enhancements e.g. what should come first to avoid risks/impacts.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
The Nice-to-Haves:
Software developer background in areas
Knowledge and direct experience with Oracle EPM Applications.
Knowledge of COSO & COBIT frameworks
