Above all, you should be knowledgeable about the latest TikTok & media trends and enjoy creating and experimenting with them in the app in unique and unexpected ways that are also on brand with our Hospitality Clients. You will be working closely with the Social Media Manager and creative team to brainstorm and workshop ideas.Responsibilities and DutiesResponsible for coming up with video concepts, filming all original video assets (mobile device is fine) and all editing whether in or outside the TikTok appEngage with the TikTok community in a way that is on-brandContribute to the strategy, vision, and voice of the channelMeasure and analyze the performanceEstablish evolving best practicesYou are comfortable with being in front or behind the cameraYou are an enthusiastic and creative person who loves producing contentYou are passionate about storytelling and the social spaceYou are constantly looking for ways to stand out on social media and jump on new trendsSignificant experience as a TikTok userHistory of creating content that performed well and drove attention whether for yourself or a brandDeep understanding of TikTok’s ecosystem: trends, hashtags, music usage, functionalities, guidelines, and platform updatesA passion and interest for creating compelling brand stories that are engagingSuperior verbal, written, copy editing and proofreading skillsAble to thrive in a fast-paced business environment while working effectively and collaboratively with team membersPreparation of the Social Media strategy to drive engagement with influencers and raise consumer awareness, through various platforms.
